My new RX-630SS ATX power supply just arrived today! I perform an upgrade of my old 450 watt power supply for an 8800GTS card.

I have never seen a power supply has been before in my life, but I have a good understanding of how and what strings and, if necessary. However, I am confused about the issue of security with them.

I saw a few video guides and 3 / 5 of them say they need an antistatic wrist strap. I did not. But you know really need?
